Welcome to my FAV thing EVER!
I was encouraged by my physiotherapist to start making bullet proof coffee as part of my morning routine. I did some research into it and reached out to my sister-in-law Ashlyn (nutritionist & owner of #Perfectfit4u) for more information, as she is someone I trust dearly with nutrition advice! (CHECK THEM OUT www.perfectfit4u.ca). When Ashlyn told me I should 100% give it a try, (and after she spoiled me at Christmas with every ingredient I needed for it) I dove right in and tried it out! Needless to say, I LOVE IT so much. I was recovering from a concussion for longer then I had imagined thus the need to focus on BRAIN HEALTH and HEALTHY FATS.
- Keto Coconut Creamer
- Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- MCT Oil
- (any type of sweetener you wish to add)
- Milk Frother (not a necessity, just mixes the ingredients together better)
- pour your 12oz cup of coffee
- Add 1 tsp of the unsweetened coconut creamer
- Add 1 tbs of MCT oil
- Add 4 oz of Unsweetened Almond milk
- Now mix it all together, whether you use a milk frother, an actual espresso machine, or just a spoon!
